Project Overview
The annual Formula-E race, known as the “Elastic” race, offers an invaluable experience for both corporate and student teams. This event challenges participants in product development, engineering, team building, and fabrication, testing their ability to innovate under pressure, overcome setbacks, and ultimately compete for the top prize.
This year’s participants include students from Graduate Industrial Design, Transportation Design, and Product Design programs, alongside teams from the Autonomous University of Baja California Sur, Axial Racing, Honda Motor Co., Mattel, Mt. San Antonio College (Mt. SAC), and Pasadena City College, with four teams traveling all the way from China.
