UX Project Overview:

COVER 911 is a hypothetical User Experience (UX) design project aimed at enhancing the existing technologies used by 911 dispatchers. The goal is to improve emergency response outcomes by leveraging nearby medically trained and certified volunteers, working within the framework of Good Samaritan laws and regulations.

Project Research and Development:
To create a well-informed and effective design, I collaborated closely with the Los Angeles Police Department, their 911 dispatch teams, and the California 911 emergency systems administrators. This involved extensive research, including interviews with professionals such as physicians, paramedics, registered nurses, law enforcement officers, fire department personnel, and legal experts.

Private Viewing:
Due to security considerations, the UX design process cannot be shared online. For a private presentation of the project’s business and system design, please reach out to Contact@MathewClark.com.
